How we handle and ship your order

We begin making your piece the moment it has been ordered. This means that it can take between 3 and 5 days before your order ships, depending on the complexity of the product and how busy we are at any given time.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ship within the UK. Shipping for items under 2kg is 4GBP, with each 2kg after that another 4GBP. 

Once your piece ships, you will receive email confirmation and a tracking number. Remember to check your Spam/Junk folder if you can’t find your confirmation email.

Shipping prices directly reflect the cost of shipping your parcel. You are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred when the parcel crosses international borders - please be aware that this also includes EU countries after Brexit.

In the rare case that an order is deemed 'undeliverable' and is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products but not the shipping costs.

Return Policy

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, just get in touch at formadesignuk@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any postage costs but will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused and undamaged.

We pack every item with great care in such a way as to make it as safe as possible while in transit. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, we are happy to arrange for a refund/replacement.

Information and data submitted through this website is private. We will never share your email address or personal info with any third party except the courier delivering your package.
